Conceptual nominee

I worked on the project together with set designer Anastasiia Serhienko.

The name of the series "IT'S NEVER ENOUGH" can be understood in two ways.
Firstly, we strive for consumerism, for making money, for career achievements, it always seems to us that IT'S NOT ENOUGH. But man-made disasters remind us that nature's resources are not eternal, just as our own resources are not eternal. Everything we're going through right now has to make us be kinder to the planet, to animals, to other people and to ourselves.
Secondly, the topic of ecology is very popular in artworks now, and although it is used very often, IT'S NEVER ENOUGH to talk about it, if it makes even one person take thought.

I'm Ukrainian photographer based in Kyiv.
I have a Master degree in international economy, unfinished musician education and a lots of unfinished activities.
I was looking for my life's work in different areas, but I never believed that I could become an visual artist, until I've went to my first Hong Kong trip with my friend's camera in 2016. Than my life has changed with Hong Kong streets magic.
I have started with street photography, with just a feeling, than I studied a lot, attended many courses, worked hard and improved my skills.
Now I work as a product photographer in commercial production in Kyiv, and this is my first contest ever.
For me photography is the best way to show my feelings without explanation.
Words can be misunderstood much more often than colors and shapes.
