Open Theme nominee

This photography is a song cover for an artist called Fibbbi. This artist makes electronic versions of famous songs. This one is the interpretation of "Alison" by Slowdive.

The main components that appear in the original song were easy to represent, (wine, cigarrete, tv) but the real challenge was to represent the sensation of drugs: As the scene takes place in a living room, I created an athmosphere with all the elements out of scale: the glass is the size of the living room, the tv is as small as a cigarrete, and it is melting in a colorful stain that comes out from the glass of wine.
The whole scene achieves the feeling that Fibbbi's song is transporting you.

Olga studied Industrial Design Engineering but she has always wanted to be an artist, in fact, she has been painting at Conchita de la Cueva's studio since she was 9 years old. Later she studied a master's in Art Direction in Barcelona, and also learnt scenography and coolhunting among other studies. The particularity of her photography is that they are a mix between all her acquired knowledge.

In 2020 she started taking photos, and during that year she obtained her first photography international recognition. So she continued to enter contests, started exhibiting her work and winning prizes.
