Portrait nominee

Good afternoon, I am sending fine art photos taken in my small studio in Caluire et Cuire, Lyon. I am fall in love of fine art portraits in a fairy tale style. The lens used to take the photos is a Sigma Art 105, 1.4, with a Nikon D610 camera. I really like to shoot at a low aperture, between 1.4 and 1.6 to get the right softness in the photo. I use a photo background in textile. The first picture shows a girl with a phone. She likes new technology, and like any teenager uses a smartphone. So I wanted to show her as she is, with soft colours and clothes that have a texture to add softness to the photo. I replaced her smartphone with an old phone,The second and third pictures are of boys who are at the age where magic operates, dream of travelling and read a lot.The fourth and fifth photos are of Maya, a girl who dreams of being a model.

My name is Malgorzata Bonningue and I live in France, in Caluire et Cuire next to Lyon, photography is my passion, I have always photographed but I took up photography seriously last year. I have registered my business KUZMA PHOTOGRAPHY since October 2021. I am in instagram under the name kuzmastudiophoto. I am in the process of building my portfolio. I really like fine art style, portraits. I have not yet sent photos to competitions, because I wanted to refine my style. I hope you will like my works. If I managed to win or get an award, I would be very happy. It would confirm my belief that I have a sense of aesthetics and that going into photography was a good idea.
