Finnish classical bodybuilder was preparing himself for his first contest, Finnish Championships. He lost his weight about 15 kilograms in few months.
During very low-carb dieting his bodyfat fell into 3 percent, which made him look like a raw human sculpture. Photo was taken a week before his H-hour in September 2021.
In my opinion bodybuilding is a some kind of extreme form of self-torturing - just like art - it is pressured by desires.
