This series is a homage to the Impressionists of the 19th century. Impressionist images with motifs of the present were created with modern photographic means.

Frank Schasse is an architect and has been passionate about photography since his student days. He uses photography to express his creativity. Seeing plays a decisive role for him. The transformation of what is seen into a new image, into which moods and feelings flow. A very exciting process. Photographic art in particular offers many possibilities. Impressionism often serves as a model for him.
