There are two sheets of colored paper laying flat on the foamcore and arranged at the correct angle to look like the top of a peristal/box. The egg has a small amount of Blue Tack placed on the bottom and placed on the edge of the blue and white paper stock.
Once the Initial setting up the subject is complete, all you need to do is find the best height and angle to photograph the scene.
