Architecture nominee

Mine are highly personalized compositions that do not represent architectural documentation, but rather a personal interpretation which, through a process of reduction and abstraction, highlights the geometries and rigor of the structures. The goal is to create simple but non-trivial, clean and above all essential images.

Ulli Mosconi Zupin, born in Piacenza, has been living in Trieste for a long time with her family.

Driven by an insatiable curiosity she has cultivated throughout her life various interests. First of all the passion for travel.

Thanks to her numerous trips, the desire was born in her to document what she saw, to stop memories and emotions.

In 2016, she became interested in photography, she came to this world by approaching various genres, until she came across architectural photography with a minimalist approach and was fascinated by it.

She began an evolutionary path and her photography has definitely focused on architecture interpreted according to the canons of minimalism.

Preferably she photographs portions of buildings, facades, details, highlighting their structure and researching their essence.
She photographs architectures with a creative, artistic approach.
