DESCRIPTION
Sequences - Of the creative potential of the city.
It all started in 2019 experimenting with a number of different subjects.
Two years later my "Sequences - of the creative potential of the city" project is ready.
It consists of a series of photographic images with some incursions in video.
It's the first time that people, lots of people, appear in my work... I think it's my reaction to the solitude of the two long Covid years, it just felt right to dive into human interactions and dynamics after so much emptiness.
With Sequences I am challenging the idea that photography can only show an instant, freeze a moment. I want to expand this with motion, a feeling of passing time, but also a sense of our own impermanence.
AUTHOR

Italian, born in 1969, she lives and works, as a multimedia production manager for communication, in Brussels.
After studying computer graphics and animation at UCLA in California, she worked for over 20 years in the audio-visual sector.
In recent years, she has also been exploring photography, video and animation in personal artistic projects.
March 8th 2023 she launched her on-chain Digital Art project.
Since then, her works have been shown in
Public displays: Paris and London curated by ArtcrushGallery and twice in Times Square NY LeGoodSociety and ArtCrushGallery.
Exhibitions: Paris at IhamNFT Gallery curated by ArtCrush Gallery; Chicago at ImnotArt Gallery, Craiova, Romania at Casa Bibescu, in the Accelerate Art 2024 “L’Éclat” group exhibition again at Iham Gallery in Paris and in New York at DreamDowntown curated by Crypt Gallery.
