The photos were taken using a microscope. The magnification is about 100x. The original size of the scenes is approximately 1mm x 0.75mm. For the lighting I used polarized light and the Dark Field technique. Due to the thickness of the microcrystals, the photo was assembled using the Focus Stacking method from 88 individual frames.
The photo shows soya sauce crystals, which usually form regular crystals similar to salt crystals, but sometimes there are anomalies that create specific views and landscapes. Their thickness makes the play of light unpredictable...

I'm 64-years old amateur in photography. I like small objects, macro- and micro- photography. Last years I received some nominees and one third place in FAPA and Chromatic Photo Awards. I had some exhibitions of my work. It is still start of my photo-way :).
