We live in a world where we are constantly being offered something, directly or indirectly. Advertising has become an integral part of our life, and a person becomes an object that must buy something, which means that we have to want something, and to want we must something specific - what is offered to us.
Culture of consumption "feeds" us models of happiness, manipulates human feelings, creates stereotypes, giving value and special importance to things that are worthless. The impossible became possible, but the possible became impossible.
When we begin to blindly believe, stop asking questions and turn off critical thinking, we move away from understanding our own desires, stop hearing our own voice, and, turning into voracious consumers, begin to live in the dimension of "to seems" but not "to be”.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
My way to photography was going through painting and psychoanalysis. The first was my hobby since childhood, and the second was my profession.
One day I realized that I have what to say and I want to speak through a visual image, in the language of photography. This decision was not spontaneous, we just often lack the courage and understanding that sometimes we make a choice not between heart and mind, but between our own desires and stereotypes.
Exhibition:
January 2022 - group exhibition of art photography, MODI Art&Wine Gallery, Kyiv, Ukraine.
