These trees are in the state park near me in Colorado. The state added 12 feet of water to the reservoir and as a result, these trees were under water. I admired the way these trees continued to persevere under the stress of change. The resulting image gives a feel of strength and vulnerability, light in the dark, and our response to stress is dependent on perspective.
