The Veil of Elysium (Single)
DESCRIPTION
An amazing sunset on 3 Sisters just north of Phoenix, Arizona. I imagine a scene like this in fantasy movies, an unwelcoming landscape with mountains in the distance and a wonderous promise of what lies beyond. That image in mind helped dictate the way I edited this image. Elysium being the promised land for the blessed in classical mythology. The glow of the light gives the image hope as if to imply that beyond this mountain lies what is promised.
