North Dakota Badlands (Single)
DESCRIPTION
As I was driving through the badlands of North Dakota in 2016, I looked in my rear-view mirror and saw this amazing "shelf cloud" chasing me down the highway. This fierce and menacing storm tore through the barren badlands advancing toward me with not a single soul in sight. This was truly a memorable moment that I captured with my camera. This picture depicts a sense of awe as well as fear.
