Winter Fog at Lido (Single)
DESCRIPTION
It looks like a Lost Place, the morbid-looking pier on the famous Lido beach.
Maybe it's the Corona epidemic, maybe the dreary fog in winter.
I was impressed by the atmosphere and the location. The silence, the fog that swallows everything in the background. I stayed for half an eternity and forgot the time.
AUTHOR
I started with photography on my long-distance trips lasting several weeks. At that time I still used an analogue SLR camera and slide films.
With digital cameras, a new era dawned for me too.
During a long time, in which my health was very limited, I had a lot of time to deal intensively with photography.
I've read a lot about it and kept trying new techniques, true to the motto
" Nothing ventured nothing gained " !
I have always been very close to nature, both professionally and in my free time. My focus is on landscape and nature photography. But I'm always open to new things.
That's how I fell in love with abstract and fine art photography. Even if this is of course a matter of taste.
Even though I have been taking photographs for a long time, I have only just started submitting pictures to photo competitions. I am therefore very happy about initial successes in:
