Architecture nominee

One day, I wanted to try and disassemble a city building and make it into an assembly drawing. I started to be interested in the idea that each building can become a part of a plastic model to form a city. Over the course of a year, I started to create a new space by taking pictures of buildings in the city, disassembling and reassembling them. The rebuilt city could also become an island or an iceberg. The mass made of different pieces was no different from our society, that is, the city.

Born in 1955 Busan, South Korea engaging in exhibition for 3years. I work with the city as my subject, but I have more interest in nature. I have a perspective of reinterpreting all spaces in a form derived from nature.
