Oblique light (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Standing in water full to chest height. No sign of the water going down, nor do I have the will to go out on my own. Now I feel the weight of my crushed heart for granted. I'm in utterly great torment. In such a time, by chance, I went to the buildings abandoned by others. The untorn calendar has faded yellow, and the furniture is sharply shattered. A mold that has grown terribly black and the smell of settled dust. The shards of shattered glass find a way into the shoe sole. Were these things once useful? Have these lost their value over time? So are they left behind? What hope can be found in things that have lost their purpose. But light leaks through the cracks. Oblique light, not full light. Maybe that light has led me here. One day, even the sadness that fills up to the height of the chest will be evaporated down to the ankles through the light. If the purpose has been lost, the choice can be made. Find a clue of hope at the end of misery.
