Landscape nominee

These series of photos were taken in octobre 2022 in two valleys of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, Val Gardena and Val die Funes.
For me as a photographer, it is my passion to look for pictures are not taken millions of times before. Because of this, I like to leave the popular photospots by wandering and climbing.
Especially the Dolomites are a very impressive mountain massive, because of the special rock. It gives very interesting textures in the blue and golden hour.
The special shallow evening light of the autumn, switches these mountains into impressive buildings, like cathedrals, made by nature.

I´m a musician and photographer based in the Eifel a National park in Germany. Since more than 25 years I´m working as a musician and tarted with landscape photography, especially in the Alps.
Since 5 years I´m working as a professional photographer in concert and business photography.
Parts of my work were published on print an online media as the New York Times, National Geographic, GEO and the DSLR Magazine UK.
2022 I got a horable mention from the international ND Photo Award for my project " switched off-switched-musicians in time of Corona"
