I find motion blur to be a dramatic tool in capturing the mood and story of an image, leading the viewer to construct the details and mystery with their imagination.

My photographic work aims to awaken a new sense of awareness in visualizing a different dimension in the interaction of objects and spaces.

Emilia Kashfian is an international award-winning fine art photographer, based in Los Angeles. Her art has been exhibited in various galleries across the world, including New York City, Portland, Paris, Barcelona, Budapest, Athens, Melbourne, and Hanoi. With her photographs, Emilia strives to capture the beauty in the everyday, showcasing hidden patterns and landscapes within an ordinary space. Whereas most people see and register the world in a utilitarian way, she sees beyond what the mind has been trained to absorb. In the process, she aims to awaken a new sense of awareness, inviting the viewer to visualize a different dimension in the ordinary interaction of objects and spaces.
