During a recent intercontinental move, I used liminal spaces to explore my loss of perspective and feeling of dislocation.
AUTHOR
Dominic Blewett is a photographer from the UK. He has lived and worked in ten cities on four continents, and is now based in Montreal, Canada.
Using aesthetically minimal concepts and a mix of digital and analogue photographic processes, Dominic’s current work focuses on the resilience of nature, and the fragility of humanity in the face of large-scale environmental change.
His photos have been featured in exhibitions in Hanoi, Barcelona, and Berlin. In 2016, Dominic was awarded a grant by the European Journalism Centre to document water issues in Bangladesh.
His work has been recognised in international photography competitions including the Moscow International Foto Awards, the Monovisions International Photography Awards, and the Pollux Awards.
