Anxiety has always been a big struggle in my life.
I am scared of a lot of things, but at the same time, very confident about others.
It’s very confusing at times to be honest, yet manageable.
I blame myself for a lot of problems in my life and always find myself overanalysing relationships and reactions of people. Even when I put myself in situations in which I was not at all responsible for the outcome, I always find a way to manipulate myself in thinking that it was my fault.
I have learned that I trust people way to easily and put all of my energy in people or projects and find myself not having any left for me and my ambitions.
This is me choosing me and killing the sentence “ It’s not you it’s me.”
Sometimes it’s really not “me”. Sometimes it’s really either “us” or simply “you”.
