DESCRIPTION
This is the portrait of the Armenian Mary. Her father writes as follows: For us personally freedom is the greatest wealth in life. Free to be who you want to be and do what you want to do. That is what we especially need to teach our children.
There was no future for us in Armenia and we found and embraced it in the Netherlands. We teach our children, born and raised in the Netherlands, to be grateful for all the opportunities and the fact that you count as a human being here. And we teach them to accept and respect everyone. Although we are not all equal, I think we are all equal.
AUTHOR
I was born and raised in Heerenveen in the Netherlands. After 30 years working at a bank I decided to change my career. In 2012 I bought a camera and started in 2015 my own photostudio. The Dutch Masters I am very interested in! The last years I won a lot of photo competitions and awards as: Siena Awards, Creative Photo Awards, Fine Art Photography Awards, Vincent van Gogh Photo Award, William Rutten Photography Award, Best of best Photographers Oneeyeland, PIA d'OR Talent Award, Winner grote Fotowedstrijd EU and more.
