As a silent compagnon I observed three grey horses on huge grasland in the summer heat in south of France for three days. I wanted to find iconographic pictures of ranking, behavior and emotional relationship between the three horses no human being is taking care of them. The animal pictures shall be a fable for living together of women and men in human society.
