Few are capable of facing the anxiety, anguish of what is paradoxically the most certain and truly certain, inevitable and universal: death. Facing it is realizing that we are only a container of flesh, matter. This is the truth for me.
Reflecting on death is also reflecting on life. Death is our most faithful companion, the one that never abandons us and to reject it is to refuse to live and that is why I am faithful and loyal to my photography because I find the truth in this grotesque form, in this aesthetic that some classify as disgusting, because as a human I reflect myself, that is why I am my work, fears, demons and frustrations.
