Spanning from the south of Namibia to Angola, the Skeleton Coast is one of the harshest places on earth. This 300-mile eerie coastline, dubbed "the Gate of Hell" by Portuguese sailors, is strewn with shipwrecks and bleached bones, reminding us of civilization's impermanence.
The golden dunes of the Namib Desert meet the pounding surf of the dark blue Atlantic Ocean, creating a stark yet captivating landscape. Despite our belief in bending the world to our will, the Skeleton Coast serves as a powerful rebuttal, showcasing the impermanence of our reign.

Beyond photography, Thibault is committed to supporting humanitarian causes through his work. A board member of The Forgotten International since 2019, he donates a portion of his book and print sales to fund solidarity projects supporting marginalized communities.
