The installation, in which sushi is used as a flower arrangement, is expressed using the technique of collage. The origins of ikebana spread to the world from the animist trend that God dwells everywhere. In place of plants to reconstruct the space, we used ingredients and distribution materials used in sushi. We define the problem of consumer society and advocate a way of thinking about appreciating and loving. From actually going to the market to eating. Have you ever thought so much about the whole experience of consuming life?
