Skomer island in Wales, is inundated with Atlantic Puffins every summer as they come in to breed. As fabulous and fast as they are, these puffins are facing a rapid decline in numbers and are considered vulnerable putting them on the dreaded red list. There are no grey areas; the world needs to change and at a much faster pace to bring back many of these vulnerable and endangered species.
I composed this series with 'vulnerability' in mind; one of solitude and solace.

I was born in South India and have lived most my life in Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Wellington and London. Recently I've been exploring the natural world more and I photographing wildlife peaceful, exciting and satisfying. I'm very passionate about how the human race is affecting the planet, and am concscious I'm living in one of the most wildlife depleated countries in the world and hope through my photography not only can I record the beauty within but also highlight the risks in turn.
It is an honour to document what I see, and be able to share it with others.
