This is a series of wildlife portraits expressed/processed in an artistic way. Animals, much like humans, are expressive in their behavior and its up to us to understand and appreciate it. Through this series of photos, I aim to express the various moods that animals can express either in isolation or as part of its environment. The first image is that of a Giraffe staring at me with eyes reflecting its innocence. The second image - "Vigilant Eyes" is that of a mother Cheetah's watchful eyes in the rains as she keeps a close watch for predators. The third image - "The Curious Embrace" is an intimate scene of a mother capped langur hugging her child as they stare at the distant flares lit up in adjoining human settlement areas. The photo - "Guardian of the Night Forest" is an artistic rendition of a leopard 's stealth for which he is known for. The final image is that of a Green Vine Snake, coiling itself and stretching out its head as the rain droplets trickle down.

A Chartered Financial Analyst by profession, Rajeeb holds the natural world very close to his heart. Since his childhood, he has been intrigued by the wonders that surround us. He recalls his childhood times following documentaries on NatGeo, BBC and Discovery or tuning the radio to listen to Sir David Attenborough. Growing up, his indulgence with the natural world continued as in due course of time he found a new way to stay connected - Photography. Rajeeb is passionate about conservation and has participated in numerous efforts at the local level. As for his photography, it has evolved over time, ranging from documentary to fine arts.
