Anthropic Land (Series)
DESCRIPTION
Anthropic Land is a series of images that shows the impact that mankind's energy production has on the landscape of the 21st century. The winter atmosphere reduces the scenes to the essential elements of plain fields and manmade structures that sprawl out of the horizon. The series was shot with a Hasselblad X2D and XCD 90V lens.
AUTHOR
My name is Albrecht Voss. I am working as a photographer, specializing in architectural photography in central Europe.
For the past ten years I have worked for hotel brands, architects and production companies to visualize their products and services, teams and visions. Besides that, I have always pursued personal projects and held numerous exhibitions of my work.
My passion for architectural photography comes from my inner desire to explore new spaces, my willingness to understand unknown contexts and my drive to share my perceptions through imagery. My work has been awarded in contests like the Hasselblad Masters, Sony World Photography Awards, Drone Talent Award and European Architectural Photographer of the Year awards.
