In the last, darkest hour before sunrise, the morning star appears in the sky. It shines clear, wide and announces the rising of the sun. It brings fog, dreams and insights and shows us that light always comes after darkness
The shadows become lighter and silhouettes of trees and houses appear out of the twilight and everything no longer looks as mystical as it did during the night and this last hour. But the dreams of the mist and the secrets of the full moon do not fade. They wait for the call of the evening star to come out of the darkness again. The shadows become darker and the silhouettes of the trees and houses are lost in the twilight and everything will once again look as mystical as it did at night. And the dreams of the fog and the secrets of the full moon come out again. It shows us that everyone needs their dreams.
The important secret is that the morning and the evening star are actually one star that holds all the keys of all nights and all days, that closes and opens all mornings and all evenings, that brings all mists, dreams and realizations.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
I was born in Berlin in 1968 and studied psychology in Konstanz 21 years later. I have been working as a freelance psychotherapist for around 23 years. In my work, I often sit opposite my patients and wish that they could see themselves through my eyes, at least once. Because every person, every animal, simply every being has its own inherent beauty, and I want to reveal this beauty, this radiance that lies dormant in everyone. Photography allows me to do just that.
Initially, my goal with relationship photos was to capture expressions of intimacy, trust, connection, care, and love, and then press the shutter at just the right moment.
As my photography developed, the artistic aspect became increasingly important in my work, which aims to depict inner psychological processes that also reflect the processes of a larger whole: metamorphoses, the connection between alchemy and psychology.
