DESCRIPTION
The project is made in 2002, the size of the photos is 37x25 cm, and they are made as two picture
in one frame, triptych, and four picture in one frame.

The term “persona” originally comes from ancient Greek and means “mask or role”. Like me, a
whole generation grew up in the former Yugoslavia in times of war. With my work, I pose the
question of how much we have all been affected or even damaged by it. In addition to the outer
ones, are the inner scars that we got from them visible? Do we skillfully hide them under a mask or
through a role that we have mastered to perfection?
Unfortunately, this topic is very current again with the wars in Ukraine and Israel. A part of the human experience that happens again and again in all parts of the world and affects the participants and those who have to live with those people afterwards.
