DESCRIPTION
THE STEP BEFORE AI. Once apon a time there were artists from all around the globe who took real photography, enhanced it with all tools they had to push the boundaries of photography, open new doors and spark the facination for photographic art again and again. They searched for new horizons like creative people did ever since and spend hours, days, weeks and years to create. But now these beautiful times are over. All that became unnecessary in just one second. All these people became unnecessary. Today you only need to dial your wishes into a computer and the machine will create whatever you like. All these people who put their heart and soul into discovering new horizons are unnecessary now. And they all lived happily everafter.

Spending weeks, months and years in my studio to take thousands of photos to finally work with about 10 -20 of these photos is my pleasure. Create requisites, costumes, obejcts and figures is my pleasure. Even spending 6 months in front of my computer to finsh the compositions is my pleasure." - Jorg Karg

Born 1982, raised and currently living in Germany with an unbridled obsession for pictures. Jorg Karg has been focusing on digital photographic collages since the year 2008. He takes photographic material, rearrange it, and abstract it, using photo-editing software. Before discovering this fascinating for photography, he obsessively painted and drew, which is big influence in his current photographic practice.
