i have been working on the theme of augmented reality in various forms since 2010. the submitted works from 2023 use the torn down billboards, wall remnants or similar backgrounds as a stage for my actors. This creates images that play with reality with the expectations of the viewer. I have photographed and published my first decollages already in 1978. In the process, I tore down billboards myself and thus let new images arise. The images with the new backgrounds and billboards or even sections of graffiti are mixed in the submitted series with ballet dancers, break dancers or people I meet.
