Fine Art nominee

The "THAT'S IMPORTANT" project consists of 20 photographic meetings with polish actresses and actors together with whom I have taken up subjects important to them and to me.

Each of the photographs is an attempt to capture in one frame such concepts as PAIN, LACK, BODY, SENSITIVITY, CONTACT, ROOTS, INSPIRATION, NATURE, REBIRTH, COURAGE, FATHERHOOD, WOMEN'S RIGHTS, VIOLENCE, DEATH, CONSCIOUSNESS, FIGHT, FAITH, FREEDOM, CLIMATE CHANGES, LIFE.

All works are characterized by minimalism, which in my opinion gives room for interpretation.

As with previous projects, I remained faithful to black and white and shades of gray.

I picked up a camera at the age of 6, and i took my first paid assignment when i was 10 years old. It was a valuable experience that showed me that photography, could be more than just fun. Since then, i have taken hundreds of thousands of pictures in almost every genre of photography, so i can handle practically any photographic task. I am most comfortable with photojournalism and portrait sessions. Lately, i’ve been getting into the studio a lot for image and creative sessions. I enjoy working with people and quickly catch a rapport with them, so every session leads to magical results. Although i live in the warsaw area, i work wherever they need me. Traveling is what i love almost as much as photography.
