Fine Art nominee

It’s an original, intimate and very feminine project entirely dedicated to this region I deeply love and which identifies “leisure” so close to my home.
Benaco and its unique orography and cultural characteristics becomes, for me, an excellent interpreter of a woman’s mood, her “clouds” and concerns; through its peculiarities it invites the observer to look at the longest Italian lake with different eyes.
Color blue prevails and distinguishes the project; after all it is THE color of Lake Garda , it does reflect the sky and stretches all the way to the least know corners inviting the viewer to contemplation.

Being Capricorn rising sun Leo makes Gloria an astrologically unusual artist.
Born in 1978, after attending the V. Foppa Art high school in Brescia, she took a (post) diploma in photography at the Bauer Institute in Milan, then graduated in Letters Dams with postgraduation in Theater.
She is the creator of the unique Fine Art technique "Marks of Time, a photographic technique with pigments and manual processing.

Since 2009 she has presented her work in individual and group exhibitions with the collections "Marks of 1000 Miles" in Los Angeles (2013) of which she published a book in 2014,
in China (2012) and in several Italian cities,

"The Taste of Myth" (2010) with a collection shown at the UN building in New York during Expo2015, "In Beard" in Orvieto (2010),
"Female Lyrics"(2013),
"Traces of Swing"(2014).

Currently a photographer on commission, she runs the family photography studio near Lake Garda and teaches the languages of contemporary arts at the Laba Academy of Fine Arts in Brescia.
