at the stone pine trees viewing towards Eiger, Moench and Jungfrau (Single)
DESCRIPTION
I had the vision of combining the majestic triumvirate of the Bernese Oberland with a beautiful karst landscape from the region. I wanted a spectacular cloud atmosphere. This time I was specifically hoping for high cloud cover so that the view of the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau remained clear. In addition, the sun on the old stone pine trees in the foreground should not be obscured by clouds. In the afternoon I discovered the rugged karst landscape with the trees marked by the harsh climate at the tree line. She offered tons of camera positioning. It was difficult to find the right one. You had to pay close attention to the terrain to project a great composition into the camera. I found a suitable spot with epic stone pines and rugged rock slabs. There I balanced on a fallen tree trunk to get a higher position so that the mountains and the trees were at the right height in relation to each other. During the golden hour i finally took this picture. The cloud band, as a counterpart to the rock slab, fits perfectly into the composition. It was just fantastic.
