Like a storm on the red planet, chocolate presents swirling textures, seeming to be the fruit of a new, unknown land. Immerse yourself in this chocolate universe of flavors, where every detail evokes a new world to explore, an irresistible desire to discover what this gourmet and unknown land has in store for us.
Here I highlight gluttony, illustrating the irresistible temptation to dip your spoon into this sumptuous cake. The insatiable desire to indulge in this sweet delight is undeniable.
The shadow of a hand ready to grab the spoon evokes the delicate dance between temptation and pleasure.
These photos also highlight the know-how of the talented chefs. Every element of this pastry and chocolates, from the luxurious details to its unique elegance, reveals the dedication and skill of the artisans to create desserts that are as exquisite as they are refined.

Clara Raimbaud, 27 years old, Les Sables d’Olonne
The desire to become a photographer began at the age of 14. But at school artistic professions are not very well regarded.
“You don’t have the level.”
“You won’t make it.”
“We need to do major studies.”
Following this, I took another path in communication and then left for Canada. When I returned in 2019, I still confirmed that I wanted to become a photographer and this time no one will be able to stop me!
So I'm leaving for Paris to attend Spéos, an international photography school, to learn the studio environment. Thanks to these 2 years of training, I tested a wide variety of photo styles (portrait, fashion, cosmetics, etc.) but only one area seemed obvious to me and that was the trigger: culinary!
The whole art of food photography is to feel the senses as much as possible: touch, taste, smell, heat, crackling... just at a glance. Highlighting the texture of the product and making you want to taste it is an important requirement to respect. I love creating images that tell a story and convey the emotions that food and gastronomy provide, while highlighting the beauty and delicacy.
