This is probably the most important project i've been working on since i started my journey into photography.
These photos were taken in the Himalayas, precisely in the region of the highest mountain in the world, in a photography expedition i took alone on March of this year.
I've been surrounded by the giants of this world for an entire month, where i've witnessed some of the most incredible light conditions i've ever seen, in some of the most beautiful landscapes that world can offer.
In those photos you can see some of the highest mountains in the world, photographed above 5000 meters above sea level like Mount Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam and so many others.
The purpose of this project is show the unspoiled beauty of these places at the edge of the world, but also to inspire landscape photographers around the world to act in order to preserve that beauty in all the incredible places the world has.
This was, for sure, a journey of a lifetime.

Hello everyone! I am Federico, I am from Rome, and I am a landscape photographer. the search for contact with nature, with the landscape that i'm living, is crucial to me: the landscape photographer has a strong intimate contact with the landscape that faces; he loves him and hates him at the same time, respects him and knows that in the end he will give him the result he is looking for. This is what I try to comunicate: the connection with what we are photographing and making it before we even take the camera in hand. Because at the bottom of each person, in the end, there is a landscape.
