The Future is a work about the future city jointly created by documentary photographer Josie and photographer Wang Ruidong. Based on the understanding of Chinese native culture, we present the integration of contemporary art and Chinese culture by photography. We want to show what the future city will look like through Chinese architecture and human life. The shoot lasted half a year, creating in representative metropolises such as Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and so on. Josie expresses the prospect of the future city by recording the state of people's life in the city, while Wang Ruidong reflects the appearance of China's future city by photographing architecture. finally, we depict a positive, prosperous and modern metropolis in the future through special photography techniques, and at the same time look forward to our vision for the future of our motherland.

In 2015, he won the Offer of Central St. Martin, London Media and London Fashion School of Art, and studied news photography and documentary photography with the world-famous master of war photography, Pual.Lowe. His personal works were shortlisted for the British News Photography Award (BJP), and participated in international photography competitions and photography exhibitions many times. In 2019, the photographic work Lonely Me was selected into the Vogue Italian Fashion Portrait Group, and held many individual photography exhibitions and joint exhibitions with art institutions such as galleries in Beijing. In the same year, with seven years of rich experience in teaching Chinese and English, IELTS and unique photography teaching methods, he became the only Asian photography lecturer from the British University of Creative Arts to send teaching in Beijing. In 2022, the head of Pingwu Photography and Design Studio, led to participate in the design of large-scale architectural design projects: Kunming Tongde Shopping Plaza, Yunnan University Comprehensive Medical training Center and so on.
