A true portrait of Angelina

Maria Gracia Geraci was born in Argentina in 1976. She lived in London where she discovered her passion for photography. Since then in 1994, she has immersed herself in the world of the latent image, merging it with her studies in Philosophy. She obtained a degree in Professional Photography and a Postgraduate Degree in Visual Arts at the University (I.U.N.A.). She is a professor of Photography and a mentor. Since then, she has been researching historical photographic processes, merging the digital world with the alchemy of film, pigments, and chemicals, combining experimental techniques on different supports, harking back to the pictorialist photographers of the late 19th century, thus making each photograph a unique and unrepeatable work. She does not use AI at all, because she believes that an artist does not need to replace human sensitivity with a technological tool.

Her work has been selected for various competitions and exhibited at important photography festivals, such as the "Promenades Photographiques in Vendôme" France, and other recognized galleries around the world.

Her photos have been nominated in major international competitions.
