Portrait nominee

Emma lived many years with a chronic brain tumor and breast cancer before her body could no longer cope. For many years she ran an Instagram account where she wrote about her cancer and journey through the disease. She was tireless in her fight and will forever be remembered for her will to fight and for her positive attitude to life despite the disease.
