A photo that I had in mind for a long time, but couldn't find the right time and location. Lying on my stomach among the dry grass on the vast plains in South Africa, these two giraffes walked quietly and curiously towards me, allowing me to photograph them at the perfect moment with the setting sun.

I am a Dutch photographer, specialized in wildlife, nature and landscape photography. I capture the beauty and power of nature, the expression of animals and the color experience that we experience daily in my photography. Where I work and live according to the motto “You can only waste time when you forget to enjoy”. I enjoy the preparation, creative process and execution to capture my vision of our amazing nature in my photography. Of course always with full respect for nature and wildlife.
