DESCRIPTION
Curves in architecture have a powerful impact on human emotions and as an architecture photographer, I am deeply drawn to their magic. Studies show that people tend to have a natural preference for curvilinear shapes over rectilinear forms. The positive effects of contour on emotions are significant, as curved environments evoke feelings of comfort, safety, and serenity. Curvaceous architecture often wins people over with its elegance and simple beauty, creating spaces that feel inviting and harmonious. This organic flow within architectural design connects deeply with our senses, adding warmth and a sense of fluidity to the built environment.
This series consists of photos which I took in five different European cities: Frankfurt, Hanover, Rotterdam, Eindhoven, and Liège.
