Shattered Soul (Series)
DESCRIPTION
"Shattered Soul" is a fine art photography series exploring the fragility and resilience of the human spirit through the Wabi-Sabi philosophy. The subject, a woman with porcelain skin, appears cracked yet luminous, her fractures delicately traced with gold paint, embodying the Kintsugi tradition of finding beauty in brokenness. Blue flowers bloom from the cracks, symbolizing renewal, sorrow, and transformation. This project captures the essence of a soul that has been shattered yet made whole, embracing imperfection as a testament to strength, survival, and the poetry of impermanence.
AUTHOR
I was a fashion designer all my life and loved every single moment. With industry being shut down I am trying myself as a fine art photographer or designer of picture taking with as much passion. It's has been only over a year, but during that year I took over 20 educational classes and no planing to stop. Love to recreate something extraordinary and capture soul and emotions Art has been my Life. From an early age I drew, danced, painted. I studied the Arts, in College and University…continuing to study at length in life.
I've been published in Iconic and Vogue photo.
Meanwhile I am a mom with 2 small boys who take most of my time. My photography education is mostly done at short nights and left a toll on my husband, that is why it's very important for me to get some recoqnition to prove my husband wrong, worthing all the effort.
The images are a record of my emotional and intellectual gatherings stuffed into the backpack of my day. I write a poem either as a preface or response to the image I have created. My images are meaningful to me. They all tell a story.
