Nature nominee

Inspired by the beauty of nature, I started searching for unusual, natural forms whose shape and expression would go beyond the conventional framework of interpretation of the reality surrounding me. Thus, breaking the established patterns and discovering the surroundings from an aerial perspective, I recorded unique and fleeting images, showing unusual faces of nature. Surprising compositions revealed to me the complexity, mystery and beauty of the ecosystems existing right next to me. In this way, I created my own photographic series "(Un)naturally about nature", in which each photograph constitutes a unique universe, presenting a previously unknown world. The series described above is part of the series entitled "The Animals", in which the photographs I selected, titled "The dog lady", "The swordfish", "The bird's beak", "The monkey observer" and "The otter", present a representative of another animal species in a completely unusual, abstract approach. This interpretation of the presented images allows you to get closer to the world of fauna, full of surrealism, which is completely inaccessible to humans on a daily basis.

I am a Polish photographer. My personal project "The Flying Tales" was born out of my passion for aviation, traveling and exploring new places, in which I present the world around me exactly as I see it. A special place in my work is occupied by abstract aerial photography, thanks to which I give existing images completely new meanings. This is how my original photographic series are created. An unconventional view and the need to constantly search for unique compositions in the space around me enable me to bring out hidden images and create unique narratives.
