15th Floor (Series)
DESCRIPTION
These five shots are part of a broader series of nighttime panoramic views of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The project is ongoing, and so far, the photos have been taken from 15 different vantage points, each corresponding to a different sky bar. The material is extensive, and selecting just five is no easy task. All the images share this vertical format, which, rather than focusing on width, emphasizes the varying heights of the narrow, vertical buildings that define the layered architecture of this area.
