Nudes nominee

This photo has been taken on one of the most touristic beaches on Fuertaventura. People come there to surf, run, sun bath. During the enough high high tide the nearby bushes are covered partly in water creating a completely different world to the one that is usually seen. I took this photo to prove how differently we can see things, only a bit further than I was standing, there were people learning how to surf, but for me the place was a magical scene like from a different planet. I also wanted to picture how can it feel to be different, stand out from the environment and community that surrounds you.

Self-portrait artist born in 1998 in Poland, perfecting her craft through years of self-learning through experience. Her work focuses on the human body and the topic of nudity as a corporeal image of honesty and truth about human and his/her emotions. The artist's works touch upon issues such as intimacy and emotionality.

Awarded at Siena Creative Photo Awards 2024 in category People. Exhibited at ImageNation Paris in 2021 and 2023. Her works were also featured on the group exhibitions in Ghent (Belgium) 2024, Edinburgh (Scotland) 2022.
