VERBORISIA (Single)
DESCRIPTION
“Verborisia” was created on a mystically calm morning, when fog and clouds lay low in the valley. The forest section, situated on a mountainside and surrounded by spruce and fir trees, radiated an enchanted atmosphere. The photograph shows the floating calm and the special power of the mist - an element that enlivens the landscape in a quiet, forceful way. The analog technique with a panoramic camera 6x17 captures the fleeting beauty and subtle nuances of nature to preserve the powerful stillness of this moment.
AUTHOR
I work with analog photography, using large-format cameras.
I am fascinated by what happens when time, light and silence interact.
The slow pace of work demands patience and attention. It opens up space for perception.
I find my inspiration in nature, in the immediate surroundings, in transitions of light and weather, of proximity and distance.
I am not interested in the spectacular, but in the inconspicuous, the quietly present.
I consider myself a painter of light.
