This year I decided to spend over 3 weeks photographing deer during the rut in the mountains of southern Poland. Due to the large changes in elevation and valleys, it was difficult to find a place where the rut took place, on a relatively clean surface. I dreamed of a deer illuminated by the setting sun in front of me. Deer in Poland, and especially in the mountains, are quite secretive, because they are hunted by many predators. They usually come out into the open only after sunset and hide in the forest cover before sunrise. On the penultimate day of my hard journey, I finally managed to wait for such a situation that you can see in the photo.

I started taking up photography over 3 years ago. At first, it took up almost all my free time, and a year ago I managed to do it professionally. I come from Poland. I work with agencies all over the world. My photos have appeared in various publications such as The Times or the Daily Star. I have already won quite a few awards in photography competitions organized in Poland.
I love capturing the play of light combined with the main actors, which are animals.
