The Masaryčka Building, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, is a prominent office and retail development located in Prague, Czech Republic. Completed in 2023.
Situated adjacent to the historic Masaryk Railway Station, the building integrates seamlessly with the station's modernization efforts, enhancing accessibility and providing new pedestrian routes between Florenc and Hybernská. The design pays homage to Prague's Old Town, known as the 'golden city of 100 spires,' by incorporating external fins within the façade that offer solar shading and transition the horizontal composition to a vertical orientation facing the city's spires.
The building features a double-insulated façade that maximizes natural light in workspaces and communal areas.
