The relationship approach of photography and cinema can be seen as a reflection on the complex and multifaceted nature of images, and how they operate not only as records of a specific moment in time, but as catalysts for an ongoing exploration of meaning, emotion and memory. The possibilities of the photographic medium and cinema are expanded, creating works that go far beyond the moment of their creation. Time, movement and memory are invited to create a constellation.
Constellations is a project related to my master's thesis in cinematographic studies.
I've always liked portraits, but film theory made me think about photography in a theoretical way. This is where this work that I have been carrying out came about. An impressionistic, abstract and authorial work.
